Helping a Defense Contractor Fast-Track Two Digital Product Designs for the US Navy

Situation: A tier 1 defense contractor needed to fast track the introduction of two new digital product design platforms for the US Navy.

Solution: Working with the customer, MEC developed an integrated prototype, pilot and production test and validation plan.

Results: In nine months the product validation testing was completed and the product was fully qualified for production. MEC signed off on the Market Readiness Review and successfully completed a full Manufacturing Readiness audit for production.
